Latitude 12° started with one stubborn idea: that a food truck could pour coffee as good as any fit-out café in Melbourne — and do it in 34°C with the humidity turned up.
We roast in small batches tuned for the Top End climate, cut our fruit fresh each morning, and press every toastie to order. Then we pack it all into a truck and go find you.
Rain, Dry, sunrise or Mindil sundown — if there's a good spot and thirsty people, that's where we'll be.
